Bookkeeping Solution MM INC was founded with a simple belief: business owners deserve more than organized books—they deserve financial clarity and confidence.
After years of working in accounting and bookkeeping, I saw how many hardworking business owners struggled to understand their numbers. Transactions piled up, accounts went unreconciled, reports became confusing, and tax season created unnecessary stress. Many owners were focused on what they do best—running and growing their businesses—but didn’t have the time or support to keep their financial records accurate and up to date.
That’s why I created Bookkeeping Solution MM INC.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Audit and professional experience in accounting and bookkeeping, Milica founded Bookkeeping Solution MM INC to provide business owners with accurate, dependable, and personalized financial support.
She is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and NACPB Certified Bookkeeper, combining professional training with hands-on experience supporting small businesses across industries including construction, trucking, service-based businesses, rentals, retail, and nonprofits.
As Founder & Lead Bookkeeper, Milica oversees client bookkeeping, account reconciliations, cleanup and catch-up projects, financial reporting, QuickBooks Online organization, and year-end preparation. She also reviews the quality and accuracy of bookkeeping work to ensure clients receive organized, reliable, and tax-ready financial records.

Senior Bookkeeper
With more than 14 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, Simona brings extensive knowledge and attention to detail to the Bookkeeping Solution MM INC team. She has supported businesses across multiple industries and has experience working with both local and international companies, including clients in the United States and Belgium.
Simona specializes in bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank and account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Her responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, categorizing and reviewing transactions, performing reconciliations, supporting financial reporting, and helping ensure client books remain organized, accurate, and ready for review.
Her technical experience includes QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, AppFolio, Yuki, Silverfin, Clio, MyCase, and PracticePanther. She is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, communication skills, and ability to adapt quickly to new accounting systems and workflows.
Simona believes that trust, accuracy, and integrity are the foundation of quality bookkeeping and is committed to providing reliable financial support that helps businesses better understand their numbers.
